1. Valuation and Liability
(Released Value Protection)
Moving Powers standard moving service includes Released Value Protection at no additional cost. This protection covers loss or damage to your items at a rate of $0.60 per pound, per article. But additional valuation is offered but must be chosen premove can not been during or post move.
Example: A 10-pound television valued at $800, if damaged, would be compensated at $6.00 (10 lbs x $0.60).

2.Moving Time
Moving time begins upon our truck's arrival at your location and concludes upon completion of the moving job.
3.Protection of Furniture
We protect your furniture by covering it with moving pads (blankets) and shrink-wrapping it.
If you refuse our packing and wrapping procedures, we reserve the right to cancel the move.
4.Crew Authority
Our foreman has the sole authority to make decisions regarding truck parking, furniture disassembly, and packing procedures.
5.Multi-Day Moves
For moves spanning multiple days, a separate moving agreement will be executed for each additional day.
Payment is due at the end of each moving day.
6.Payment Terms
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the move.
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Personal or business checks are not accepted.
Failure to pay in full within 30 days of the last moving day may result in your account being referred to a collection agency.
7.Parking Fees
You are responsible for all parking tickets incurred during the move, and these charges will be added to your invoice.
8. Deposit and Cancellation/Rescheduling
A non-refundable deposit of $100-$200 or 50% (depending on the move) is required before the move.
If you reschedule or cancel on the day of the move after our movers have departed, the deposit will be retained to cover incurred expenses.
9. Crew Safety and Conduct
We reserve the right to stop the move and refuse further service if our crew is treated with disrespect or if conditions at your location are deemed unsafe (e.g., unsanitary conditions, pest infestations).
10. Limitations of Liability
Items Not Packed by Us: We are not liable for damage to furniture, appliances, or electronics that were not packed by our crew.
Electrical and Mechanical Damage: We are not responsible for electrical or mechanical damage to items, as we cannot assess their pre-existing condition.
We will not transport any flammable chemicals or hazadours liquids. Such as paint, disiel,gas and etc.
Lost or Misplaced Items: We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items unless a detailed inventory list is completed before the move. Inventory list creation is a billable service. Upon completion of the move, the customer is responsible for inspecting that all items have been removed from the truck.
Customer Assistance: If you or your representatives assist with loading or unloading, we are not liable for any resulting damage or loss.
Unsafe Items: We reserve the right to refuse to move items deemed unsafe in their current condition, unless you sign a liability release.
